What a great place! I always have left bed Starbucks coffee, but the service here is outstanding! I was allowed to bring my dog in to order and they gave him a free "puppachino" (whipped cream). He loved it. I am so impressed with the service I am receiving everywhere I go at Copper Mountain, it is the best. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Starbucks Copper Mountain for making my and my dog's day.

Starbucks in the village. As previous reviews stated this is a franchised location. So if you're a gold member no free drop refills on coffee or tea. You'll get Stars for your purchases but can't use rewards here.
Free Wifi and a warm fireplace for those ha find out while others wake up. Or ski/snowboard etcetera.
Not the largest Starbucks but it does the job. You can get coffee and got chocolate anywhere else on the mountain if you so choose. Camp Hale coffee in West village is another option with a bit more customer service.
Tables and benches for seating but again not a large location. Customer service sounds to be extremely lacking reading he previous reviews. Everyone seemed friendly when we walked through to have a look. Then again you have people spending a lot of money to fly here, stay, take lessons, and rent gear. Maybe they were expecting employees here to kiss their behinds? The world may never know. -

I know that this place has a lot of traffic, but so do most Starbucks. That said, it doesn't mean your visit should so transactional and impersonal. I'm not there to have a full blown conversation with the employee, but at least say hi or show any kind of customer service in the process. We just needed a little pick-me-up, but I will more than likely check out the other coffee options in the village next time. On a positive note, the coffee was good.

Ya, don't expect your usual starbucks going experience at this location. Got here at 6:58am and no lights on and hours state they open at 7. 7:02am a very mad young girl storms up to the door "we're probably going to open a few mins late" opens then slams door shut and locks it behind her. Once she returns to unlock the door she throws it open and doesn't say a word. Eventually we hear about her having gone out the night before to the local irish pub and we get the impression we were in the wrong for waiting outside patiently waiting for some morning coffee.
Also, no free refills with gold card nor do they allow the use of rewards. -

The worst, most unprofessional staff I've ever seen at a Starbucks. Ignored waiting at the counter while the staff finished their personal conversation about a new tattoo and scabs. Loud laughter at bad jokes and talking smack about another go worker. Total ditzes. Go to Camp Hale Coffee.
